In this presentation, based on NLP and the Rio Abierto System of Human Development, we will explore polarities at the identity level and the creation of "false selves" based on the identification and exclusion of parts. Recovering free transit within an "I AM" state allows a deep intelligence to manifest itself. In the presentation, the participants will be able to experience aspects of this work.

About the presenter

Arline Davis is a Master Coach Trainer based in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, where she is the C.E.O. of the Nucleous for Thought and Action and has been on the training staff of Metaforum since 2004.

She has developed coaching processes that are based on 15 years of experience with systemic NLP and incorporate many other important influences such as Bernd Isert´s work on system dialogue, Steve Gilligan´s work on the generative self, art-therapy for emotional re-education, the Rio Abierto school of human development and Stanley Keleman´s formative psychology.

She currently holds the post of vice-president of the International Association of Coaching Institutes - ICI.
