Energy Psychology Practitioner

Energy psychotherapy builds on the assumption that every physical and mental strain leads to a disruption of the body's energy system.

Combining and integrating modern short-term therapies and traditional Chinese medicine, energy psychology is an extremely effective tool in therapy, counseling, and coaching.

Energy psychotherapy is especially well suited to treat phobias, obsessional neuroses, panic attacks, depression, and persistent mental disorders. It is also ideal for pain management and for sports and high-peak performance management. This means that energy psychology is a highly effective, innovative method of coaching for emotionally challenging situations, one that is compatible with other approaches. The method is quite impressive in practical use because it promotes easy, peaceful, and enduring change processes on the physical, cognitive, and emotional levels.

Thanks to kinesiological muscle tests, energy psychologists can quickly identify, counterbalance, and transform self-sabotage programs and restrictive beliefs (see course program).
